Hi, Everyone, was wondering if someone could shed some light on a Special Trout Man. Area Regualtion? Lahave River, Lunenburg county. It says "lahave river from morgan falls to a point 90 m downstream,April 1 to may 31." ...Am I missing something? or did they not give enough information?..

I think you have to read it in the context of "SEASONS" on page 24, where it says:
"Inland waters of RFA 3 - Apr 1 to Sep 30 except the waters referred to in the listings below."
In that context, the season for the stretch of water you listed is only open from April 1 through May 31.
